Today's creative progress...

I spent the morning working on the Spanish translation of SOOTYcinders...A Cinderella Tale... and now it is time to work on the illustrations of my current fairytale book project!  I can hardly wait to share these with children, families, schools and libraries too!

AUTHOR VISITS to two Utah elementary schools...

I just returned from Utah where I was able to give two author presentations on SOOTYcinders...A Cinderella Tale... while visiting and helping family members who are living there in Utah!  The children and their teachers were amazingly attentive and we had fun together.  I left them with a SOOTYcinders coloring page, a copy of SOOTYcinders...A Cinderella Tale... for their school libraries and had drawings for a free copy of the SOOTYcinders chapter book and coloring book.  I hope this helped to encourage these young students to enjoy reading, creating and writing!  :o)
